BLAVEN BED & BREAKFAST, KIRKCUDBRIGHT.

We are located in a quiet residential area of Kirkcudbright. The house has an open outlook towards the town centre and River Dee estuary. The property was built by the Blaikie family, finished in 2001, and has a number of interesting architectural features.

There is ample parking, both on and off street, and secure storage for bicycles. Drying facilities are available, as are packed lunches by arrangement. If you enjoy a glass of wine with your meal we are happy to provide transport to and from the town centre which is only 2-3 minutes by car.

Both our guest rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, television and hairdryer . We have a cot which can convert to a bed for children up to 7 years as well as a highchair and other facilities to help make your stay a memorable one.

Kirkcudbright is a town which is well worth a visit and holds something of interest for all, from the historic Toll Booth and Castle to the Museum and harbour, art galleries and craft shops for those looking for a bargain or a gift to take home, and for the sporting minded there are tennis courts, an 18 hole golf course and a swimming pool, as well as the Wildlife Park for those interested in animals.
