BLAVEN BED & BREAKFAST, KIRKCUDBRIGHT.

Blaven is an architect designed home offering bed and breakfast accommodation of the highest standard. We have a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a family room with ensuite shower room which sleeps up to four people comfortably, and a guest seating.

Breakfast/Sitting Room
This room has an open outlook towards the town centre and the River Dee estuary. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am or by prior arrangement. This is an ideal room in which to sit and read or just enjoy some time away from the TV and meet the other guests.

Double Bedroom with Private Bathroom
This well appointed double bedroom with private bathroom is situated on the ground floor on a private wing of the house containing no other letting rooms. There is a screen to block off these rooms from the hall area. The large bathroom has a separate shower and a large, partially sunken, corner bath., ideal for relaxation after a long day's cycling or walking, or just to unwind in.

Family Room with En-Suite Shower Room
This room contains a seating area, a king-size bed and a single bed giving accommodation for up to three people. It is situated on the upper floor of the property. The shower room also has a toilet and wash hand basin with a shaver point and ample shelving. A cot is also available if required.

Booking
Bookings accepted by telephone or email, confirmation will be forwarded upon receipt of your deposit which will be advised at time of booking. In the event of a cancellation the deposit will be forfeited if we are unable to re book the room.

Arrival and Departure
Accommodation will be available from 5pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise requested at the time of booking. Please vacate you room by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Payment by UK Cheque or Cash - we have no facility for accepting credit or debit cards.
